1.) I hereby certify that I'am in good physical health and fully able to perform all yoga exercises performed in class during my enrollment. We (Yoga Studio) require you to inform us of any ailments, limitations or recent surgeries, before class. 2.) I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me by the Instructors as to when, where and how to or not to perform the yoga exercises. It is understood, that any deviation by me from such instructions shall be at my own risk 3.) I will not hold you, your partners, instructors or employees responsible for any Injuries suffered by me caused in whole or part by my failure to faithfully follow any given instructions or by any physical impairment of mine not disclosed to you in writing. 4.) I understand and acknowledge that I'm to receive instructions in yoga theory and exercises only, and will not hold you, your partners, instructors or employees to any higher standard of care than that applicable to the yoga schools theory and exercises. 5.) The tuition and registration fees paid here after are none-refundable. All memberships are nonrefundable, none transferable and may not be used by a third party. Class packages are valid for a limited time period from date of purchase. Refunds, if any are made, shall be entirely at the discretion of the Yoga College.
